Congratulations on the award, it's a nice pair of posts; educational with one savory dish and one sweeter one. Nicely done.
I noticed you're just starting to figure the technical and blogger relted stuff out. Do you know about Food Blog S'cool? It's run by Sam of Becks and Posh and there are a lot of knowledgeable, and very nice, people there. You might want to check it out.
