That's one of the topics I find Blog Appetit is searched for a lot. I didn't really have an answer. But in today's Oakland (CA) Tribune, freelance writer Jill Silverman Hough gave her version of the uncooked, rice paper wrapped treat and the newspaper did the nutrition breakdown for us!
Now Ms. Hough uses sliced roast beef in her wrappers, but these stats should get you in the ballpark if its nutritional data you are looking for:
According to the Oakland Tribune, (per serving including hoisin-based dipping sauce): 161 calories; 3g fat; 7g protein; 22g carbohydrate; 1g dietary fiber; 18mg cholesterol; 321mg sodium. The recipe made 8 rolls but it didn't say on line or in the newspaper if a serving was one or two rolls.

Based on what I could figure out from Weight Watchers, a traditional unfried spring roll (also called a summer roll or salad roll) with shrimp is two points each. No recipe or size or ingredients list was given for this figure, however.
I'll keep looking for more info on this topic and update the post when I do.
Update: Please check the comment below for a reader who has done the research for all sorts of Asian salad, spring and fried rolls in terms of Weight Watchers' points and serving sizes.

FYI -- it's not an official conversion but 1 point is roughly 50 calories depending on fat and fiber content.
Pei Wei lists their spring rolls for 53 calories a pop...
I would like the WW points (old version, not points+) for just the spring roll skin - not cooked. I just hydrate it w/warm water & fill with julienned veggies & chicken and add a bit of Kraft low fat Asian sesame dressing & roll! It's hard to figure the points out from the nutritional info on the package. It doesn't tell you how many are in a package.

That's a toughie, since WW doesn't use the old points system and I no longer have the old materials around the house. Also I don't know what size wrapper you are using. Generally in the old system about 50 calories are one point. My package of rice paper wrappers is on the sm. size at about 6" diameter and the nutrition info quotes 200 calories per 2 oz. I weighed out 2 ounces of wrappers and that came to 11 wrappers, so each wrapper itself is less than 20 calories. If you have your old points calculator - here's the rest of the nutrition info for a 2 oz. serving - fat - 0.5g, total carbs - 45g, protein - 5 g - again that's if you ate all 11 wrappers! FYI - all the points totals in the comments above are points NOT the newer points plus.
